SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Free Shipping will be processed and shipped within 2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping for all U.S orders $75+. 

Expedited Shipping is available for $8.95 per order

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days via USPS.

Domestic expedited shipping can take up to 2-3 business days via USPS.

Please note: USPS is currently experiencing major delays due to COVID. All shipping times are estimates!

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements.

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

 

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

 

What if I am not at home for the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postal service will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you can then collect your package at the designated post office. 

 

Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.

Please review your shipping address when placing your order. 

We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us.God & Guns is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

P.O. BOXES

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day, hassle-free, money back guarantee. The 30-day period begins on the day your goods were delivered.

You are able to return unworn, unused items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of product. 

It must be shipped to the God & Guns distribution center in original packaging.

A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. 

You pay no return shipping fees up front, but we will deduct $5 from your refund.

 

If a product is delivered damaged, was faulty due to craftsmanship, or you received an incorrect item - we offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund. 

God & Guns will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.

 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays.

Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

 

Please remember it can take some time, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you don't see your refund within 5-10 business days, please contact your bank, as their processing time could affect this.
